Kiseli kupus sa kolenicom i suvim rebrima* Sauerkraut with pork hog and smoked ribs

Poslednji kiseli kupus, baš izrendan sa dna i zidova. Sad će potrajati dosta do zime, dok stigne novi. Nema veze uživali smo


Sastojci

1 kg sitnog kiselog kupusa
1 svinjska kolenica
1 kg dimljenih rebara
so i biber
1 l bistre supe
1 čili papričica
2 Kašike aleve paprike
2 crvena luka
4 krompira, manja
3 čena belog luka
3 lista lorbera



Priprema

Ništa lakše. Redjamo meso, kiseli kupus, naseckani crveni i beli luk,, polutke krompira, pa opet meso i tako do vrha
Posolimo , pobiberimo. Zabodemo lorber izmedju i čili papričicu, dodamo i alevu appriku. Sve zalijemo sa bistrom supom i u rerni krčkamo na 170 stepeni C, 3 sata.

Sauerkraut with pork hog and smoked ribs




The last of sauerkraut of this season. The summer is coming to the end and it will take a while till next batch is ready. Never the less we enjoyed.

Ingredients

1 kg of sauerkraut
1 pork hog
1 kg of smoked ribs
4 small potatoes
2 red onions
3 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 l of clear stock
1 chili pepper



Create


Easiest dish ever. In oven proof dish make layers of onion and garlic, Sauer kraut, meat, potatoes
and that way till the top and all your ingredients are used.
Put bay leave, salt, and pepper, paprika and pour clear stock.



Bake in the oven at 170 Degrees C, for 3 hours.
